This page will be dedicated to your pain. Pain is tricky, we all have it, the goal is to keep it from dominating the day. As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, I want to abolish pain and most of the time this is possible. Sometimes we can’t be completely pain-free, so we have to deal with the pain, reduce it, control it so it doesn’t control us. In this case, we want to diminish the pain so that we can still function. Ask almost any athlete, they often play with pain, especially late in the season. We are all “athletes” in our daily life. I will be discussing ways that you can control (or abolish) your pain.
